Dear Friends of iKhaya
As we look back on this past month, our hearts are full of gratitude for every moment of laughter, learning, and love shared at iKhaya. We’re continually encouraged by your faithful support, prayers, and generosity that help make this home a place of safety, joy, and hope for our children. Thank you to each of you for walking this journey with us, be it through your time, gifts and finances, your partnership truly makes a difference.
Looking ahead, we’re excited about several projects underway! The first is the addition to our main house, which will accommodate the Department of Social Development’s requirement for a separate social work office and a sick bay. We are still in the planning phase, with the next step being to raise funds for the building, utility connections, and furnishings.
Our Christmas campaign is in full swing! All the children’s wishlists have been lovingly allocated to generous sponsors, and we’re
hoping to add some festive fun with entertainment, outings, and a few takeaway treats for the children to enjoy.
Looking to the new year, our Back2School Project will equip 15 eager learners with uniforms, stationery, school bags, and lunch boxes for the 2026 academic year.
