 RBCT...

RBCT Annual Standard Donation RBCT supports our community through generous financial donations to MANY local charity organisations. We are super stoked to once again be on the receiving end of their generosity. Thank you RCBT for your bountiful nature and your concern for human welfare.

WORK HARD-PLAY HARD...

Our home is alive with the sounds of kids playing- the giggles and chatter are like music to the soul. Lending a helping hand comes naturally for all our kiddies. Including the kids in the daily household chores is not only teaching life skills but is giving them the opportunity to be a part of the family team and to see themselves as important contributors.

Chores are foundation to good work ethic and respect for one s leaders and elders. Maintaining a balance between work and play is always good!

MAKING WISHES COME TRUE...

Just look at these stunning cakes! Not only are our kids cakes made according to their wishes but also with love and as a blessing to each birthday child. Our desire is to see that each and every child feels wanted, cherished and knows they belong to our family. Birthday and Christmas gifts are one way of showing our kids they are seen, they are important and that they are loved beyond measure! Our sponsors have caught our heart and came on board to make wishes come true! They have blown the minds of the children and staff with their creativity and talent! Thank you ladies!

For the love of animals

Developing positive feelings about pets can contribute to a child's self-esteem and self-confidence. Positive relationships with animals can aid in the development of trusting relationships with others. A good relationship with a pet can also help in developing non-verbal communication, compassion, empathy, lower stress and can teach kids a lot about love.

Valentines...

Two of our pre-schoolers lavished me with love, hugs and cute cards for Valentine's Day. They just started grade RR this year and are thriving and loving BIG school!

Dear friends,

School has returned to normal and the kids are delighted to be back with their friends and to a sense of social normality. We miss our international volunteers and their help terribly. Having 13 kids at school requires 2 cars to get everyone into town. If you are looking for a 6 month volunteering post, have a driver's license and would like to live-in and serve our home then get in contact with me.

We are super blessed by each and every person, church and company who has partnered with us making our mission a reality. Caring for up to 25 children, plus caregivers, is a mammoth task but with your contributions we are able to provide all the needs of our kids.

With thanks and greetings to you and your families,

Loressa
